Sometimes all you want is a perfectly clean, simple vodka martini. Olives optional, but recommended. Make it dirty by splashing in some brine. We’ll look away.

2oz Skaalvenn Vodka

1oz dry vermouth
-
lemon twist and/or olives
Shake with ice, strain into a martini or coupe glass, and garnish with lemon twist and/or olives.

1.5oz Skaalvenn Vodka

1oz cranberry juice

1/2oz cointreau

1/2oz fresh lime juice
Shake together on ice, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon slice or lemon wheel.
The Pale Norwegian
Also known as a White Russian (the dude abides), this is our take on the classic.

1oz kahlua liqueur

1oz heavy cream
Stir together, and pour into a glass filled with ice. Top with the heavy cream.
