Mission
We created the Skaalvenn Distillery cocktail bar because the Midwest needed something different. We're explorers at heart and felt that Minnesota needed something that brought flavors and hospitality from the rest of the world to your backyard.
We are not your run of the mill bar.
Cocktails as art
A lot of our cocktails aren't just drinks, they're works of art that take a lot of work to create. At Skaalvenn Distillery we really try to take things to levels which no other bar typically does. We use ingredients that we source from all over the world and each signature cocktail is a collaborative effort from our entire team to ensure that it's worth putting on our menu.
Don't worry, we love classic cocktails as well!
Group Seating
We have bar, table, and areas for larger groups of up to 7 people (we can fit more with a little notice).

Q. What time is last call?
A. 30 minutes before listed close time.
Q. Can I bring in food?
A. Absolutely! Feel free to bring in food or have it delivered.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. We love pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
Q. What if we show up without a reservation?
A. We'll seat you if you have the space but you may have to wait quite a while if we're full.
Q. Do you serve beer or wine?
A. Unfortunately the state of Minnesota does not allow distilleries to serve anything other than the alcohol we produce.
