We set out in 2014 to create a small selection of spirits that focused on quality instead of quantity.
At Skaalvenn we currently make Vodka, Yuzu Gin, Rum, Aquavit, Habanero Rum, and we bottle a sourced Bourbon. At this time we are only available in Minnesota.
In 2020 we opened our cocktail bar.
What makes Skaalvenn's bar different?
You can get a good cocktail at just about any bar.
You can get a really good cocktail at a few bars.
Only one bar can be considered the best, and it's always our goal.

April is Donate Life Month
10% OFF FOR ORGAN DONORS
"That's an odd discount"
Not from our point of view!
In June of 2025 our owner, Tyson, received a double lung transplant which saved his life, and it's all because a real hero chose to give the gift of life, by choosing organ donation.
So, for all of April, customers who are organ donors will receive 10% off their individual orders of cocktails, food, merchandise, and bottles at the cocktail bar.
It's the least we can do to say "THANKS!"
