Minnesota's Premiere Cocktail Bar & Distillery

We set out in 2014 to create a small selection of spirits that focused on quality instead of quantity. At Skaalvenn we currently make Vodka, Yuzu Gin, Rum, Aquavit, Habanero Rum, and we bottle a sourced Bourbon. At this time we are only available in Minnesota.

In 2020 we opened our adjoining cocktail bar which is the opposite of most bars in America. Our premise is that you can get a good drink almost anywhere these days, but you can only get a damned good drink and some of the world's best hospitality Only At Skaalvenn Distillery & Cocktail Bar.

Galentine's Day @ Skaalvenn

Want fun Galentine's Day Plans? We've got you covered!

First off, we're 100% booked on Valentine's Day. Please do not come in without a reservation as there's an extremely high chance that we'll have to turn you away 💔

But if you’re interested in Galentine's Day, which is on Friday, the 13th...😮 we've got something special planned for you! Definitely make a reservation for this because you don’t want to miss out.

To celebrate the day, we've made "Berry Best Friends,” a cocktail made with clarified strawberry juice, NA róse, Skaalvenn vodka, and a little rock sugar on the rim. For this one cocktail only, purchase two and one will be FREE! Our treat to you!

As a special snack that serves two, we've got "Girl Dinner”—a charcuterie plate with artisanal cheese, meat, crackers, gherkin pickles, olives, and of course, chocolate.

As always, if you come in on Valentine's Day with a saxophone and play “Careless Whisper” (reasonably well, please 😅) we'll comp the entire tab for up to a table of 4. Don't warn us—just make it happen. Every year we've been asking and each year our hearts are broken 😭 Maybe this is the year?🤞
